Matt leads KPMG Boxwood’s Consumer Practice, which incorporates the retail, distribution, consumer goods and hospitality industries. He has led dozens of consumer centric transformation programmes including: customer value proposition development, operating model design, international expansion, cost optimisation, supply chain/sourcing excellence, customer service improvement and capability development.

Matt has built a reputation for straight talking, creating innovative solutions and results certainty.

During his career at KPMG Boxwood, he has worked with leading UK and international organisations to drive lasting, tangible benefits. He joined KPMG Boxwood in 2000, following successful careers in engineering, manufacturing and sales.

Matt lives in Devon with his wife and two daughters. He spends his spare time with his family, trying to stay fit and making the job harder by enjoying food and wine.
